She is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Mediation and Conciliation. She specializes in Commercial, Mediation and Conciliation Laws and Medical Law.

<p class="s3">Oluwadara Ajidasile is a legal practitioner and emerging scholar with interests in family law, property law and women and children’s rights. Being a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria with over 12 years post-call experience, she has a deep understanding of the Nigerian Legal System and its impact on vulnerable and marginalized groups. The focal point of her research is the intersection of law and social justice, exploring how legal frameworks can better protect the rights of vulnerable groups, especially women and children.</p> <p class="s3">Currently a doctoral student at a prestigious Nigerian university, in addition to her research, Ajidasile  teaches family law, law of torts and constitutional law in Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko where she actively contributes to shaping the next generation of legal minds</p> <p class="s3">Through her work, Ajidasile passionately advocates for reforms that create more just and equitable environments conducive enough for vulnerable groups to access justice and to realise their potentials. Professionally, she combines academic rigour with practical legal experience, thus making her a strong voice for legal reforms and women and children empowerment in Nigeria.</p>
